This cartoon is for everyone who has gone through it.
We sat in darkness for days after Hurricane Isabel.
We know what it's like to have no electricity and
have to boil water before drinking. 
Cartoons have been made with Paint Shop Pro Ver. 5, 6 and now 7
So they don't have a total uniformity as we've slowly learnt how to use the
program upgrades.
